Aluminium snijden


Aluminium is een uitermate geschikt materiaal om met water te snijden.
Eventueel een maximale dikte van 120mm. mogelijk.

Toepassing: Machine onderdelen, Gevelreclame, Spuit(mallen), Verlichting, Designartikelen etc.

Groot voordeel van watersnijden aluminium is:

- vrijwel braamloze snede.
- de snede is van constante, hoge kwaliteit.

- koel snijden, dus ook geschikt voor composieten en plastics.
- geen vervorming of verkleuring.

- er wordt geen warmte in het materiaal gebracht waardoor de eigenschappen van het materiaal gelijk blijven.
- er vind geen doorbuiging plaats waardoor het goed mogelijk is om flexibele materialen te bewerken.
